Ethiopia Draft Budget Shows Defense Budget Up By $50 Million (Nasdaq)

ADDIS ABABA, Ethiopia (AFP)--Ethiopia is to bolster its defense budget by $50 million "for stability reasons" amid tension in the Horn of Africa region, according to a draft budget presented to parliament Tuesday by Finance Minister Sufian Ahmed. Full Story........
